Welcome to LD Debate Prep, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and website specifically designed for you, an amazing (prospective) debater, to discover your passion for Lincoln-Douglas (LD) style debate!
Nice to meet you – I’m Blake, a former high school LD debater ranked top 5 in Washington state. I made this website with the goal of helping you through your incredible debate journey, by posting various engaging (meme-filled) educational articles! My hope is that you may learn at your own pace from this resource made with love and goofy shenanigans.
Once you become immersed, keep debating! Accomplishments will inevitably come to you with constant improvement – really, no rush! LD Debate Prep will help you the whole way. Whether you’re still considering joining, are already a novice debater, or have been debating for a while, I guarantee that you will learn something new from LD Debate Prep.
Parents, coaches, and judges are also encouraged to explore LD Debate Prep to learn and understand what goes on in a debater’s mind – supportive adults are super cool!
